During the pendency of this Civil Application, the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and entered into the consent terms. Those consent terms are already taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Thereafter, this Court referred the parties to the learned Registrar (J) of this Court for verification of the contents of the consent terms.

Accordingly, the learned Registrar (J) has verified contents of the consent terms through the parties and submitted the report.

On going through the said report, it appears that the

{3} parties have voluntarily entered into the consent terms and they have also admitted contents of the same.
