Applicants seeks to condone the delay of 856 days caused in filing the appeal against impugned judgment and award dated 26th August 2021 in L.A.R. No.1363 of 2010. Perused the reasons as mentioned in the application. Delay is occasioned on account of administrative reasons. Applicants have not derived any advantage by making this application.
