The petition is filed to challenge the order made by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad made in Regular Civil Suit No. 540 of 2016 by which the interim relief of status-quo is vacated by the Civil Court. Against such, miscellaneous appeal is provided under law. 2.
