The registry is directed to disburse the amount of compensation lying in this Court in equal proportion between applicant nos.1 to 4 and respondent no.2, namely, Nazneembegum d/o. Sayyad Abdul Samad @ Nazneembegum w/o. Sadat Khan i.e. original claimant no.4 and issue separate cheques in the name of each of the claimants or deposit the amount falling to their share in the respective accounts of the each of the claimants.
