Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in the connected matters delay has been condoned by this court. However, learned counsel submits that the Reference Court has passed an ex-parte award against acquiring body and therefore, the acquiring body has no knowledge about the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. 3.

In view of the submissions above and for the reasons stated in the application, delay caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application is allowed and accordingly disposed of.

In appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13.4.2017.
