An amount of Rs. 75,92,418/- is deposited in this Court. Out of that amount, as per the direction of the Tribunal, an amount of Rs. 30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakh) are to be invested in the fixed deposit.

Considering the available amount for withdrawal as well as Award passed by the Tribunal, it is desirable to allow the

(2) CA No.7530/2018 withdrawal of only Rs. 30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakh) by the applicants, subject to filing their written undertaking in the Court within 15 days from the date of this order, to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court.
