We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that, as the petitioner is resident of Dhule, the petition is filed at Aurangabad.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader and the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submit that, the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are situated at Nashik and as such this Court may not exercise territorial jurisdiction. 3.

No part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner is seeking employment at Nashik. The claim of the petitioner is not entertained at

In view of that, the cause of action would not be within the realm of this Bench.

In the light of that, the petitioner may take appropriate steps for presenting it before the appropriate forum. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
