Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after filing of present petition, the respondent No. 5 has already been absorbed in A. T. U. Chand Sultana High School, Church Road, Ahmednagar.

In view of the said statement, the order dated 26.11.2014 stands quashed and set aside and the order dated 18.11.2014 would not have any efficacy. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
