Respondents contend that interest on the amount of solatium and 12% component calculated till the year 2007 comes to Rs. 4,39,747/-, which respondent - acquiring body is required to deposit. 2.
Respondent-acquiring body is thus directed to deposit sum of Rs. 4,39,747/- in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today. Other contentions raised in the application will be taken into consideration at the time of final disposal of appeal.

After deposit of amount, applicants shall be permitted to withdraw the same on furnishing an undertaking.
