The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition so as to be in a position to make an application in accordance with the procedure laid down in law to a competent authority for seeking clubbing of RCS No.381/2011 and RCS No.6/2013.

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn as the Petitioner desires to avail of a remedy, which the competent authority would consider on it's own merits.
