In applications for withdrawal of amount, the Acquiring Body has deposited 100% of compensation amount in this Court. 2.
The learned Advocate for the applicant has produced on record the order dated 23/06/2023 passed by this Court in FA/2098/2021 and other connected matters, by which this Court permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the entire 75% deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the present appeals are connected to the above matters.

In view of the same, the present applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon till date i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The Registrar (Judicial) to disburse the amount as above on an undertaking by the applicants as directed above. 6.
In civil applications filed for stay, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the amount has been deposited in this Court as per the directions of this Court. In view of the same, the Stay order passed by this Court dated 30/09/2021, in both the applications for stay, is confirmed. Both the applications filed for Stay stand disposed of.

The appeals are Admitted.
