Gaware for the Petitioners submits that the Petition is directed against the order dated 26.07.2019 passed by the learned District Judge-6, Ahmednagar in Regular Civil Appeal No.262/2016, allowing the Application below Exh.18 for production of documents and leading the evidence. He further submits that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the aforesaid Regular Civil Appeal No.262/2016 is disposed off in view of the compromise entered between the parties. He tenders across the bar copy of the order dated 29.06.2022 passed by the learned District Judge-3, Ahmednagar below Exh.1 in the said Regular Civil Appeal No.262/2016. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.
