After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner for a while, he came around to submit that the petitioner would deposit a sum of Rs.Five Lakhs with the concern Tahsildar, as a security towards penalty, if any. He also seeks liberty to challenge the order passed by the Tahsildar.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned, including the police and the revenue as well, to release the J.C.B. and the tractor in favour of the petitioner herein, on
14-sr.918 usual conditions to be imposed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, in that regard. Deposit of Rs.Five Lakhs with the Tahsildar, shall be a condition precedent for release of the vehicles. [R.G. AVACHAT, J.] KBP
