This Application is for bringing LR's of deceased Respondent No. 3 on record by condonation of delay of 48 days.

Respondent Nos. 3A and 3B are duly served but absent, which indicates that they have no inclination to oppose the Application.

Perusal of the Application indicates that the delay is satisfactorily explained. Since delay is neither inordinate nor deliberate, the same deserves to be condoned. Hence, Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses A and B.
