The petitioner seeks directions to the Investigating Officer to file supplementary charge-sheet. Needless to mention, it is within the domain of Investigating Officer to decide what kind of final report he has to file based on the material collected during the investigation. 2.

The learned APP informs that the charge-sheet has already been filed against five accused persons. The petitioner is asking for filing supplementary charge-sheet against four more accused. Same cannot be done with the directions of this Court. 3.

If the police papers of investigation makes out a case against those accused, it is for the trial Court to issue process against them.
