Mr.Tiwari, learned counsel submits that petitioner is entitled to be appointed on compassionate ground in place of his father who died while in service. The mother of the petitioner had also submitted application. At the time of death of father, petitioner was minor. Though petitioner as well as his mother submitted representations to respondent no.2, no decision is taken by respondent no.2.

2] Mr.Desle, learned counsel submits that in case said representations are pending, respondent no.2 would decide the same on its own merits.

3] In light of that, we pass following order :

{2} wp10870-14.odt [a] Respondent no.2 shall decide representation (Exh.B) filed by petitioner, on its own merits according to its policy considering all the relevant aspects expeditiously preferably within four months.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
