CORAM :
SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
DATED : 03/08/2022.
P. C. :
1.
Delay of 1796 days appears to be caused due to poor fnancial condition of the applicant. The AGP for respondent No.1 strongly opposed the application, whereas the contesting respondent No.2 i.e. Acquiring Body though served, remained absent. 2.
As such, for the reasons stated in the application and considering statutory right of the applicant, the delay of 1796 days is condoned subject to condition that applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay. Accordingly application stands disposed of.
3. Appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
