Applicants seeks to condone the delay of 743 days caused in filing the appeal against impugned judgment and award passed by learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division at Vaijapur, District Aurangabad dated 16th March 2021 in L.A.R. No.1416 of 2010. Perused the reasons as mentioned in the application. Delay is occasioned on account of administrative reasons. Applicants have not derived any advantage by making this application. 3.
