The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before the Commissioner, by furnishing undertaking to the extent of 25% and for the remaining 25% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.

Heard both sides. For the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application for condonation of delay is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
