This is an application by respondents/original claimants for permitting them to withdraw the amount under the award by transferring the same to the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Jalgaon.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned counsel appearing for appellant/Insurance Company.

It is seen that the appeal itself is dismissed by this Court on 10.06.2015. As such, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence the order:

i. The amount under the award deposited by Non applicant/ Insurance company be transmitted to MACT, Jalgaon for apportionment and disbursement in terms of the Award.
