Learned counsel for petitioners submits that subject matter involved in present petition is similar to the one involved in writ petition no. 10941 of 2019 and said petition has been disposed of by this court on 25-09-2020 issuing directions to respondent no. 2 and similar treatment be given to present writ petition. 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader fairly concedes to the position.

In view of aforesaid, if subject matter as stated by petitioners is similar as in writ petition no. 10941 of 2019, it would
