PER COURT :- 1.

The original complainant assails the order passed by the learned J.M.F.C. in RCC No.40 of 2005 so also the order dated 3.10.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai in appeal no.44 of 2013 thereby dismissing the appeal. There is delay of 85 days.

Learned advocate appearing for the applicant points out that same judgment is assailed by the accused persons and their revision applications are numbered as Criminal Revision Application No.318 of 2022 and 320 of 2022.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondents strongly opposes the prayer for condonation of delay.

Considering the fact that there are counter revisions and also after going through the reasons stated in the application, the case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, the order. aaa/-
