ORDER:- 1.

The applicants are claiming condonation of delay of 1146 days in fling the frst appeal against award dated 13.07.2018 in LAR No. 270/2007. According to the applicants, such delay has been caused due to their poor fnancial condition.

The learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application, whereas the respondent No. 2 - Acquiring Body despite service, remained absent.

As such, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 1146 days stands

(2) 944 CA-5315.2022.odt condoned, subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for such delay period.

The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 5.

The frst appeal be placed for admission, after removal of offce objections, if any.
