The record shows that notices to respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 were sent through R.P.A.D, but the covers containing those notices were returned back by the postal authority with remark that complete address was not there.

In view of the above, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' on the necessary charges to be paid directly to the concerned newspaper by the applicants. Stand over to 03.01.2023. 4.
