This is an application for quashing of FIR. Learned advocate for applicant and learned advocate for informant submitted that matter has been compromised and informant has performed marriage and has begotten child. She had given express consent to allow the application, by filing affidavit. 2.

Considering the fact that parties have settled their disputes, the prayer to quash FIR and Sessions Case No.57/2019 deserves to be allowed. Application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Applicants shall deposit Rs.50,000/- in this Court, out of which Rs.25,000/- shall be paid to the Advocates' Association Bar Library, High Court of Bombay Bench at Aurangabad and SVH
