Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

This application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent Sadashiv S/o. Nagnath Pawar, who died on 6th August 2020. The present applicants are the legal heirs as shown in paragraph No.2 of the application. There is delay of 1855 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. Application is allowed.

Necessary correction be carried out in the appeal and applications within four weeks from today.
