PER COURT :

Petitioner is prosecuting 3rd year MBBS course. It is the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that since the validation claim of the petitioner is pending with the Scrutiny Committee, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are not allowing the petitioner to fill up the examination form.

The petitioner shall appear before Respondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee on 17.10.2019. Respondent No. 2- Scrutiny Committee shall decide the validation claim of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting 3rd Year MBBS Course and appearing for the examination only on the ground that validation claim is pending.

{2} wp12146.19.odt Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that may be delivered by the Scrutiny Committee in the validation claim.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
