PER COURT :

1) Heard. Shri Sangle, learned Counsel appearing for the acquiring body, submits that in the present appeals, stay to the execution of the impugned Awards was granted by this Court vide order dated 6th September, 2012 subject to deposit

of the amount under the Awards along with the interest accrued thereon by the acquiring body in this Court within ten weeks from the date of that order.

The learned Counsel further submitted that the acquiring body, however, could not deposit the amount of compensation, as was directed by this Court, within stipulated period and as such, the interim protection so granted stood automatically vacated.

The learned counsel further submitted that now, the amount of compensation is received from the Government and the acquiring body is ready to deposit the said amount of compensation in this Court within two weeks from today. The learned Counsel has invited my attention to the Government Resolution dated 30th July, 2016 indicating that the payment received towards the acquisition.

2) In view of the fact that the acquiring body has undertaken to deposit the amount of

compensation within two weeks, the earlier order dated6th September, 2012 granting stay to the execution of the impugned Awards stands revived. 3) Time to deposit the amount of compensation stands extended.

The Civil Applications for extension of time to deposit the amount, stand disposed of.
