By this application, the applicants seek their enlargement on prearrest bail, in connection with C.R. No.I-120 of 2015, registered with Shrirampur police station, for offences punishable under sections 307, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

With the assistance of the learned Counsel for the parties, I have perused the investigation papers. In the dying declaration recorded on 23rd August, 2015, the victim herself has stated that she voluntarily consumed the poison.

In view of above background, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to enlarge the applicants on pre-arrest bail. Thus, the following order :- In the event of arrest of the applicants, in connection with C.R. No.I-120 of 2015, registered with Shrirampur police station, for offences punishable under sections 307, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, they be released on bail, on each of them furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
