The present petition is directed against the order dated 23.06.2022 passed below Exhibit 29 and 30 by learned Arbitrator in Dispute Nos. ARB/BUCCS/192/08/2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of present petition, the Arbitrator has already passed an order, against which the petitioners have preferred an appeal and the same is pending.
