The trial has been opened. The statement of the victim appears serious against the applicant. Let the trial Court decide the evidential value of the C.A. report, for the reason that the pathological vaginal examination report goes against the accused. If the copy of this report has not been supplied to him, the prosecution to supply him a copy of the same. Considering the gravity of the offence, more particularly, the age of the victim who was only eight (8) years and four (4)
