Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of present petitions, the Arbitrator has already passed an order, against which the petitioners have preferred appeals and the same are pending.

Therefore, in view of the subsequent developments, by keeping all the points open, all these petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise this ground in appeals which are already filed.
