Vide order dt. 21st October, 2015 this Court has granted bail to fifteen accused persons.

The applicants as such are claiming parity seeking bail in Crime No. 74 of 2015 registered with Kinwat Police Station, Tq. Kinwat, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the contents of FIR. In my opinion, applicants are entitled for bail. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order.
ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest of the applicants Geetabai w/o Vasant Rathod, Vasant s/o Rupsing Ade and Roopsingh s/o Fatu Jadhav in Crime No. 74 of 2015 registered with Kinwat Police Station, Tq. Kinwat, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, they be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each, with one surety in the like amount.
(ii) The applicants shall attend the Police Station on 18th and 19th January, 2016 between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. 4.
Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms. 5.
The Investigating Officer is present in the Court and assures that, henceforth there will be no default in supplying the investigation papers. His presence is dispensed with.
