This Application is filed for restoration of Criminal Application No.6161 of 2014, which was filed for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition

cra5910.15 No.759 of 2014.

It appears that Criminal Writ Petition No.759 of 2014 was dismissed for want of prosecution. Thereafter, for restoration of that Writ Petition, Criminal Application No.6161 of 2014 was filed and the same was also dismissed for want of prosecution. There is inordinate delay in filing this Application. The Applicant is not at all diligent in prosecuting the matter.

For the aforesaid reasons, we are not inclined to entertain this Application. Criminal Application No.5910 of 2015 stands rejected.
