The petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'A' as under :- (A) By issuing a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction as the case may be; the chief Executive Offce Zilla Parishad, Ahamadnagar may be directed to hear and decide the representation dated 23.09.2022, 27.09.2022 and 17.10.2022 forwarded by the petitioner for seeking transfer at any place in the Shevgaon Taluka. 2.

The learned Advocate representing respondent No.2 submits that the representations dated 23.09.2022, 27.09.2022 and 17.10.2022 would be considered as per the G.R./ rules / policies applicable, on or before 15.1.2023.
