2] Learned AGP submits that the order is passed in the year 2019. The petitioner has deposited the amount. Even otherwise, appellate remedy is available under the Statute itself.

3] In the light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition under writ jurisdiction. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to avail remedy as permissible under law.
