By this application, applicant seeks to condone delay of 122 days caused in filing Appeal.

Perused the application. Apparently, delay appears to have been occasioned on account of administrative exigency. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making such delay. Hence, case is made out to condone delay. Hence, following order:
