Though the petitioner is seeking direction to the concerned Investigating Officer for seeking PCR and to seize the theft articles, but on going through the remand report dated 25.09.2025, it appears that the accused are remanded to the Magistrate Custody by the concerned Magistrate till 07.10.2025. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admitted that accused are also released on bail by the concerned Magistrate.

Though the petitioner is having grievance against the procedure adopted by the concerned Investigating Officer in respect of seeking only one day's PCR, at present, it appears that all accused were remanded to MCR and they are already released on bail. As such, no directions as per the prayers in this petition can be given since they have become infructuous. As such, the present petition stands disposed of.
