1) Heard both sides. Seen the contentions made in the application. It is contended in the application and

2 CA 1704 of 2015 submitted that some time was required for collecting certified copy, some time was required for processing the matter and some time was required for getting sanctions at various levels. In view of these circumstances, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

2) Notice in appeal. Learned counsel Shri. Rathod waives notice for the claimants. Call record and proceedings. List the matters for final disposal at admission stage on 27th June 2016.

3) Heard learned counsel for the acquiring body. On condition of deposit of entire amount of compensation within 12 weeks in this Court there shall be stay to the execution of the judgment and award. If the amount is not deposited within this time it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution. In those terms the applications for stay are allowed and disposed of.
