Mr. Patil, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, non creamy layer certificate of the petitioner has been verified and same is rejected. The copy of the same is handed over to Mr. Paithankar, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order rejecting non creamy layer certificate. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the same. No costs.
