The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made complaint against the construction made by respondent No. 3 just adjacent to his land. The notice of hearing was also given by the Commissioner of Municipal Council, but no further steps are undertaken. It is for the petitioner to prosecute the matter with Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, if cognizance of the complaint made by the petitioner has not been taken by the authority. 2.

The petitioner may prosecute the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Latur and/or may take further appropriate steps as may be permissible under law.
