2] This is an application seeking permission from the Court to add these applicants as petitioners in Writ Petition. The learned counsel Mr.Patil by inviting our attention to paragraph no.3 of the application submitted that these are the persons who are similarly situated with the petitioners are raising grievance alike the petitioners. Mr.Patil submitted that all the necessary grounds are raised in the petition as such, the application be allowed in view of the submission of Mr.Patil and for reasons stated in the application as well.

2 902 3] Considering the fact that by addition of these applicants as petitioners, no prejudice is going to be caused to the respondents. The application is allowed in terms of clause "B". 4] The learned AGP seeks time on the ground that the compilation placed before this Court in the form of the copies of judgments is received by him today itself as such, he would require some time to take instructions. 5] Parties are put on notice that considering decision of the Division Bench at Nagpur, the issue seems to be set at rest. As such, the petition may be heard and decided on the next date if it is convenient to this Court.
