In all these matters the grievance of the petitioners is that the vigilance has been conducted long back and the proceedings are pending since long time. The said proceedings are not decided by the committee.

The petitioners shall appear before the respective committees on 2nd November, 2017.

Considering the fact that vigilance has already been conducted the committees shall endeavour to dispose of the proceedings expeditiously and preferably within 4 months from the date of appearance of the petitioners.
