This Court had already given directions under order dated June 13, 2016 in Writ Petition No.5953/2016 filed by the present petitioner. 2.

The Court in paragraph no.4 of the order had observed that, the conduct of the petitioner does not allow the Court to invoke extraordinary jurisdiction. The Court further directed to decide the representation/application if pending.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the said application is not yet decided.

Once the order is already passed, for the same purpose subsequent writ petition would not be tenable. The petitioner may take appropriate recourse.
