Heard learned Counsel for the applicant i.e. original respondent Nos.6,9,12,14,16,29 & 30 in the writ petition, as well as Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP. Though present application is filed for vacation of interim orders, considering the grounds raised in the application touching the aspect of certain facts that are not brought to the notice of this Court

( 2 ) ca13943.18 and the learned Counsel for the applicants also raised an issue of entitlement of these petitioners and considering the fact that by way of interim order this Court directed that the amount would not be disbursed to any of the party, meaning thereby the amount is protected under the order of this Court, we are of the opinion that the petition itself can be decided on its own merits instead of passing any order on the present application. With the consent of the parties, the petition is posted on 07.03.2019. The parties are put on notice that if it is convenient to this Court, the petition may be heard and decided on the next date at the admission stage.
