Heard learned counsel for the Applicant. It is his grievance that the order passed by this Court dated 02.07.2024 in Writ Petition No. 6026/2023 deserves to be reviewed. He does not dispute that in the said proceeding he was not party. Moreover, there is document placed on record by the Applicants indicating that the amounts against compensation payable to Respondent Nos. 17 and 18 are not deposited in LAR No. 617/2016.

Perusal of the order passed by this Court indicates that withdrawal is permitted from the amount deposited in LAR No.617/2016. Thus, no prima facie case is made out for stay of the proceeding.
