Mr. Vibhute, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner had applied for admission to Navodaya Institution. The petitioner seeks appointment to the 6th standard. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner is selected. The petitioner had applied on 20th September, 2017 for grant of tribe certificate. The deceased father of the petitioner is already issued with the tribe certificate. The respondent No. 3 be directed to issue the tribe certificate and time for admission to the Institution be extended.

The petitioner had applied for tribe certificate only on 20th September, 2017. The petitioner ought to have applied earlier.

Considering the circumstances, we direct the respondent No. 3 to decide the application of the petitioner for the tribe certificate after considering all the documents, such as, the tribe certificate issued to the father expeditiously and preferably within 8 day's. On receipt of the same the petitioner is at liberty to take further steps.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
