The applicants are seeking setting aside order dated 13.09.2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby registration of the First Appeal (ST) No. 18234 of 2022 was refused. The applicants are also seeking condonation of delay of 55 days. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. In view of the same, application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B) and (C) subject to condition that the applicants shall remove all the office objections within two weeks from the date of this order. Application accordingly disposed of.
