Mr. Phatale, learned counsel submits that the petitioners in both these writ petitions were given admission. However, on account of non-submission of validity the admission is cancelled.

The Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 11234-48 of 2017 under order dated 6th September, 2017, had observed that the High Court shall not pass any protective orders after dealing with the writ petitions. However, had also directed the committees to decide the validation proceedings within 15 day's. 4.
Considering the above and the fact that the petitioners were given admission and subsequently it is cancelled and the last round of admission is yet to take place, we direct the committee to decide the validation proceedings within 15 day's from the date of appearance of the petitioners before it. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 6.10.2017. 5.
