Applicant No. 1 is convicted by the trial Court for the offence punishable under Sections 457 of the Indian Penal Code to suffer R.I. for three years and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) I.D. S.I. for 1 month. 2.

Applicant No. 2 is convicted by the trial Court for the offence punishable under Sections 457 of the Indian Penal Code to suffer R.I. for three years and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) I.D. S.I. for 1 month 3.

Applicant No. 1 is convicted by the trial Court for

the offence punishable under Sections 380 of the Indian Penal Code to suffer R.I. for two years and to pay fine of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) I.D. S.I. for 15 days. 4.

Applicant No. 2 is convicted by the trial Court for the offence punishable under Sections 380 of the Indian Penal Code to suffer R.I. for two years and to pay fine of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) I.D. S.I. for 15 days. 5.

Considering the quantum of sentence and the fact that applicants are behind bar since 6th July, 2020, I am inclined to suspend the substantive sentence. Hence the order

ORDER

1.

Substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the revision.

2.

Each of the applicants be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount in

connection with CR No. 193 of 2020 under Sections 457, 380 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Basmat Police Station, Dist. Hingoli.

Criminal Application is disposed of.
